Welcome to Breathehaus. These Terms govern your use of our service. By creating an account or paying for access you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register. The service contains adult-oriented content not suitable for minors. We confirm age via a self-attestation checkbox at sign-up — providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
2. Account & security
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
- You agree to provide an accurate email address and (optionally) phone number for M-Pesa transactions.
- We may enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via authenticator app or email OTP for added security.
- You may not share an account, transfer it, or let someone else use your paid access.
3. Payments & access
- Free trial: first-time users get 3 hours and up to 8 questions to try the product. After that a paid pass is required.
- Paid pass: KES 200 unlocks all content for 2 hours from the time of purchase.
- Extensions stack additively: paying again while you still have time adds another 2h on top of your existing expiry.
- Refunds: due to the instant-delivery nature of the content, payments are non-refundable except where required by Kenyan consumer law.
- Payments are processed by IntaSend / Safaricom M-Pesa — your transaction history is stored against your account.
4. Content & conduct
- All questions, prompts, and creative material are the property of Breathehaus. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view them during your active access.
- You may not screenshot, copy, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
- You may not use the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
5. Privacy
How we collect and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment activity, abusive behaviour, or legal compliance. We'll email you at the address on file when feasible.
7. Limitation of liability
Breathehaus is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged in the dashboard or via email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
